| The nightmare is always the same — dirty brown hat,
striped sweater, and a hand of razors. Neil Anderson’s nightly terrors
are recurring — and they’re getting worse. He knows if something
isn’t done soon…he might not wake up again.
A ray of hope comes in the form of an old friend:
Ed Spengler, nephew of former Ghostbuster great Egon Spengler. Along
with his friend Eugene, Ed has arrived in Denver to investigate a sudden
surge in PKE activity in the area. They soon discover a plethora
of the paranormal is breaking out all over the mile high city.
Neil joins with his friends, and the Ghostbusters are
open for business. Armed with the latest in 1980’s ghosbusting technology
and some hand me down uniforms, the trio embark on a quest to rid Denver
— and the world — of the "son of hundred maniacs" for all time.

For the Fans, by the Fans…
Fan films are becoming more and more popular — and why
not? For years, fans have been creatively paying homage to their
beloved franchises. Everything from fan comics to fan posters, shirts,
drawings, and costumes for Halloween, and certainly we’ve all doodled a
little super hero on our notebook when we should have been paying attention
in class.
Fan films have given fans an outlet for their creative
energy — and a way to show the big boys that not only do we have the talent
to envision stories for our heroes, but we’re starting to gain the technology
as well.
I, myself, have always wanted to make a Ghostbusters movie,
and I’ve always wanted to take a crack at a Freddy Krueger flick as well.
With the help of some friends, we present "Freddy VS. Ghostbusters" in
an effort to appease the fans of both franchises. Our sole intent
is the entertainment of the fans, and we sincerely hope those who watch
it enjoy the final film.
Special thanks to everyone who has helped make this project
a reality, to all those who have helped spread the word, and most of all
to the fans — without them there would be no stars, blockbusters, or sequels.
Cheers,
Hank Braxtan
