It's not a cover of the Sammy Hagar OR Judas Preist songs of the same name, but just, basically, a heavy metal/rock anthem.  Kind of the heavy metal counterpart to KISS' "ROCK AND ROLL ALL NITE", and in the same vein as Quiet Riot's "CUM ON FEEL THE NOIZE" & "METAL HEALTH (BANG YOUR HEAD)".  Those sorts of songs that get you crazy.  Just party songs, you know.  Party on, dudes!
