It was another Sunday afternoon/morning, and well, I felt a bit mellow as it was pretty gloomy out.  I sat in my car, put on some CREED and what not, came up with this song after receiving inspiration from Metallica's "WELCOME HOME (SANITARIUM)".  It's basically about a man who knows he's insane, and can't do a thing about it.  He can't stop it, he can't escape it, he can't soothe it, and nor can he fix it.  He simply prays for the day he dies.  Also, the varying length in the verses reflect the man's mental instablity.
