Basically, (notice I use that word a lot, huh) this one's about one man who knows a destructive truth that he can't get another to admit to, and the existence of this truth is destroying them both.  No one trusts this person, and it's simply put, that no matter how much truth you know, if there's no one to accept that truth, then no one will believe you or this truth.  This person knows this truth and cannot escape its consequences.  Basically, that's it.
